It is very fun and challenging depending on what you are going to do and everyday is going to be different.

Police officers do a lot of things such as patrolling in areas to ensure safety, enforce laws and regulations, investigate criminal offense, obtain evidence, interview witnesses, arrest suspects, testify in court, rescue victims of all sorts, participate/create programs of all sorts for safety, and so much more.

On a typical day, police officers wake up put on their uniforms and get to debrief on what they should be doing today either patrolling, giving tickets, staying at the base, filling out forms, or doing an operation. They usually end their days by writing a report on what they did today.
Where do police officers work?
Police officers works in variety of places for all sorts of reasons they could be working in the streets to monitor the speed of vehicles, and ensure that they don't go above the speed limit, work in the police station to answer questions or finish a report, and even in hospital to bring someone who is hurt to the doctors.
How can I become police officer?
To become a police officer in quebec, you need to have a college degree in Police Technology and have gone through the training and graduate from Nicolet the police academy. When you have done all of those you can apply to the police station of your choice and become a police officer.

After 6 years of working at a police station, you usually make around $100 000 per year which can be even more if you decide to do some overtime.

Police officers will need to go through a lot of additional training depending on what they are going through, and to adapt to the new laws.
What are the dangers of being police officer?
There is a lot of danger since we are always gonna face the unknown and everything can happen. As the first respondent we will need to face all of the dangerous situations and make the right decisions.
What are the chances that police officers will be replaced by robots soon?
It is not likely of the robots replacing police officers since we go through a lot of different situations, and it's really based on how we handle the approach and usually when you need help you want someone to understand you, and ideally a human.
What age do police officers retire at?
Police officers retires 20 years after they started since they get a pension at the age of 65 if they have worked for over 20 years. Although some police officers chooses to stay and work for a longer time.
